Description : We are working with our client, an international law firm based in the City, to source an HR Adviser for their team. The role is hybrid working. Salary c.40-43k + Excellent Benefits Package. If you have c. 3 years’ HR experience and are looking to make the next step up to HR Adviser ( HR Officer ) level, this opportunity could be ideal. Working closeley with the HR Manager and other members of the HR team, the role is varied and offers plenty of scope to get involved in all areas of HR including – Onboarding process for Lawyers Inductions Updating the HR system Absence management eg maternity leave Providing payroll information to the outsourced Payroll Provider Contracts of Employment Assist with Lawyer appraisals and seat rotations Escalate HR queries as appropriate Presentations Assist with benefits renewals Assist with Exit process HR reporting Update recruitment portal Assist with organising events You will need to have a minimum of 3 years’ HR experience, good communication skills (verbal and written) with a high level of accuracy, A’level standard education, CIPD qualified or in the process of studying for the CIPD, plus good IT skills including intermediate Excel and Powerpoint. The firm enjoys a particularly low turnover of staff and this is a rare opening in their HR team. Salary up to 43k plus superb benefits package. Stunning offices and friendly team environment.
