Description : A large law firm in the City is looking for an experienced Reward and Benefits Advisor to join their team for a 6 months’ Fixed Term Contract. Salary £60-65k pro rata. Hybrid working. If you have Reward and Benefits experience, ideally including Workday but not essential, this opportunity could be ideal. As a Compensation and Benefits specialist, you will be part of a large team and the role includes – Salary Reviews Salary benchmarking Data Analysis Spreadsheets using Excel Liaisiing with HR team and HR Business Partners Budgeting and modelling Pay gap reporting and analysis Liaising with overseas offices on occasion Responding to queries from employees Assisting with projects The emphasis for this role is on salary reviews, benchmarking and all aspects of compensation, less on the Benefits side. Advanced Excel is essential. Ideally, your experience will have been gained in a large corporate environment and if you also have Workday experience, that would be an advantage. Salary £60-65k pro rata.
